Round up and images of the CCA panel discussion and screening of “Out of Time, Out of Place: Public Art (Now)”
We have complied a selection of images from the recent screening from of “Out of Time, Out of Place: Public Art (Now)” from the Whitechapel Gallery, London in collaboration with Situations, Bristol. Also, please take a moment to read Charis de Kock’s review of the event. Situations will also be posting two blog reviews of their event shortly, which we will announce in due course.
For those who missed the screening, you can access the video footage of the Whitechapel panel discussion here.
Many thanks to all who attended. It was a fascinating and impassioned discussion that went on longer than scheduled. This is hopefully indicative of the possibility of its being the start of a more in-depth conversation joining up practitioners and policy makers. There are many other directions that this discussion could take and diverse voices to draw in. We would be keen to keep this going and if you have any thoughts on the form that this may take, please direct them to Dr Alexandra Ross at firstname.lastname@example.org
We would also like to sincerely thank the pre-streaming discussion panel Khanyisile Mbongwa and Robin Jutzen.
Lastly, Situations would like to thank our participation and are keen for this to be a longer term relationship.
